Please submit your information on the secure form to enroll with us. After submitting your information, we will send you a scheduling link to book your consultation within 48 hours.

Your enrollment/document processing fee will be charged to your card once your onboarding is completed. If your onboarding is not completed within 48 hours of your portal being turned on, we will cancel your account with us. Monthly payments start a month after your enrollment payment on the 1st or 15th of the month moving forward. If you have any questions, you can reach out to customer support by sending a message in your client portal.
